Ladies, if you have a floor beneath you, then you've got a gym. And guess what takes minimal space + no equipment...
Sculpting my waist, having a strong and toned core + good posture (if you sit all day at work too then this is key!) is super important to me to target in my workout and if you've got the same goals, then try adding some planks into your routine!
1️⃣Place palms or forearms on the ground with elbows aligned below shoulders.
2️⃣Keep arms shoulder-width apart
3️⃣Your body should form a straight line from your head to your toes (or knees if you're modifying!)
Not to mention you're werking the booty, legs + shoulders too! Hold for 15 seconds until you can increase to 1 minute. Try different variations like
〰raising the opposite leg and hand
〰alternating downward dog to plank
〰crunching the opposite leg and elbow in together
