Lunch! What the hell is it?
While everyone else is eating dominos pizza, I’ll be having a kale & egg chicken bowl.
I added 2 stems of kale, 2 scrambled eggs, 2oz of FRESH (non GMO, non frozen) chicken, and a nice little orange container from @autumncalabrese
80 day obsessed containers of raspberry vinaigrette. BARELY reaches 280 Cals total and is LOADED with other nutrients- macro and micro. Remember - eat to fuel, replenish, and burn 95% of the time, and to treat 5%! It’ll pay off in the long run.
I had issues with this one because I’m NOT a fan of eating straight leafs. However, it’s about time to train my mouth and body to intake these foods if I ever plan to get the body I want and the health status I want :) are you changing if you aren’t challenged from time to time?
