Beginning Monday 8/21! Each class begins with breathing exercises followed by the same 26 postures in each session, and in the exact same order. The series works systematically to open and strengthen the body from the simplest expression of the pose to the fullest. Bikram Yoga is a total body work - out consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises completed in a hot room (105 degrees /50% humidity) for 90 minutes. This yoga is intended for everyone at every level to assist in restoration of strength and flexibility to improve overall circulation throughout the entire body. Results go beyond the physical.
