Do you have a hard time giving yourself a break? Be it allowing yourself time and space, or just compassion. This is one of my own greatest struggles. -
When I can take inventory of my progress, I’m really proud of how far I’ve come in this past year. I completed my coach training, created my own branding, website and regular social media content, started blogging with consistency, began working with my first paid clients and even booked my first client package just a couple of weeks ago. Whew! -
BUT…I am always feeling like there’s more, more, more, I could be doing. That it’s not enough.
Instead of more…I decided what I NEED to do most is to give myself a break.
And so, I’m taking advantage of the biggest perk of having started my own business; choice.
For the next 5 weeks, I’ve chosen to take an intentional break. To step back, re-evaluate and get aligned with the things I love and value most and want to make sure are incorporated into my life, my relationships, my business and my message.
I’ll still be coaching my clients, occasionally posting and remaining engaged with those I follow and the loyal followers that have supported me and Arise and Bloom since I launched. But I’ll be less inside of the hustle and focusing on the flow (and on my faith 🙏). -
My word for 2017 was CULTIVATION, my biggest goal was consistency, and one of my biggest fears was taking steps backwards in terms of audience size and engagement. I want my word for 2018 to be FAITH, my new goal to be alignment, and my only fear to be falling out of it. #intentionalliving #alignment #fueledbyfaith
