Two red dresses a little over a year apart. 💃 And they have a story!
For my boyfriend's 30th surprise bday party in Novemeber of 2016 I was shopping for dresses. I bought 3 different red dresses on Amazon to see which one I liked most.
The dress on the left was the winner because I hated how my wide hips looked in all the other dresses.
But then I forgot to return them 🙈. I hate returning stuff online. 😂 UGH. #askingforafriend
So the poor dress was really sad because it was stashed away deep in the closet for a really long time and didn't know if it would ever see the light of day.
Luckily the owner decided to change her lifestyle because she was tired of being self critical and instead wanted to have tons of confidence.
The owner decided to try on the poor forgotten red dress and was pleasantly surprised that she LOVED it!
Finally, after a year of beinf completely forgotten, the red dress made it's debut and it got TONS of compliments too!
The wearer of the dress felt pretty glam too 😁

15/80 #goalobsessed 💜💪 Y'all I legit HATE this move. While I was all up in my head and literally out loud, "I hate this shit, fuck you, this move is evil!!!!!" My trainer says, "stop complaining and do the work" smh. So that is what I did. I shut the fuck up and did the work.
I don't know about you but if I had to make a job description for the PERFECT JOB, ability to work from the beach would definitely be on the top of the list of requirements!
And It absolutely BLOWS my mind that now I CAN! And so I WILL!

Be careful who you listen to!
Sometimes some of the most negative people are the ones closest to us. And for some reason they always feel entitled to share their negative opinions! 🙉
I have these people in my life too. Not gonna say who but one of my family members made a comment the other day that they don't see any progress since I started my program.
Ummm, okay BYE HATER. My butt is lifted, my legs are leaning out and my waist is shrinking and getting shredded.
But even if I didn't see progress why would anyone ever want to say that to a person trying to improve? It's more than just "weight loss" it's about getting stronger and being healthier.
There was a time when this type of comment would totally discourage me and it would sabotage whatever I was doing. But not anymore! Now I brush it off and continue with my plan.
So if you got people like that in your life, smile and tell them you don't see any progress on them either 😉 because I can guarantee they're not doing ANYTHING to improve their life.
Always do YOU, babe. And never listen to any negativity. Trust the process. Trust yourself.
Pendant longtemps j ai gardé une mauvaise image du lait en poudre. Et ce n est que récemment que j y ai regoutė car très riche en protéine.
Les valeurs nutritionnelles sont a droite contre celle du lait classique a gauche.
Je ne prend pratiquement plus de lait en bouteille et je me remplace soit par celui en poudre soit par du végétal.
N hésiter pas à varier votre alimentation pour apporter à votre corps différent aspect nutritif. Et même si cela peut être difficile retenter des aliments que vous aviez exclu par le passé. Les goûts changent avec le temps et on a tendance à amplifier nos souvenirs quitte à ce qu apres qu on est mange l aliment exclut on se dise finalement c est pas aussi horrible que ca.

Forget them crunches ladies! Those strain your neck and are not the most effective way to get abs. 😦
Try this instead! Do 2 sets of 15 reps :) Have you seen/done these exercises before? Or are they new? I definitely never tried them before this program.
I did it! Today’s workout was a challenge and I kept having to audibly say “I can do this” and “I am strong”. I sweat a lot. I pushed myself. I finished!
Yeyyy to finishing week 1 of phase 2! Before I started this program I didn’t know how I would feel going into an 80 Day program. It’s flying by way too fast! The challenge, the nutrition, the muscle development, EVERYTHING is so AMAZING!

Pourquoi oublier le stretching à la fin de l’entraînement si celui-ci peut se passer dans la bonne humeur.
À savoir: le stretching est fortement recommandé après chaque entraînement de façon à ne pas laisser place à l’atrophie de vos muscles. Bien vous étirer vous empêchera certaines potentielles blessures lors de vos entraînements suivants. De plus, cela vous permettra également de gagner en amplitude sur l’exécution de vos mouvements lors de vos trainings 👊🏿
Et puis entre nous c’est toujours plus cool d’avoir la souplesse de Bruce Lee plutôt que d’être limité lors de la réalisation de nos mouvements à cause de douleurs quelconques.
