🎉🎉🎉 CELEBRATION::: I'm DOWN 5.79% in body fat!!! Took over 8 months, it just goes to affirm that commitment is key. You're gonna have bad days, bad weeks, vacations and splurges. KEEP AT IT. 👊🏽the biggest change I've done is incorporating supplements that have pushed me harder in my workouts and properly balancing my body with what it needs. I've also been consistently getting 4-6 workouts a week. .
So I've always said don't look at the scale.... today I had my body fat measured with the trainer at the gym and was so excited my work it working. 😃
Your muscle weighs more than fat. As you burn your fat it will turn to muscle and/or burn away. So naturally it's okay to not lose pounds. Please please please always keep that in mind. .
If you want it then get it. It doesn't cost anything to take pictures or get your body fat measured. Keep track by using a tape measure, IM PROMISING YOU, you WILL SEE CHANGES. .
