Another TRANSFORMATION Photo. Picture on Left was when I began to get back into shape & eating healthier (finally) after having major digestive issues & migraines. Wanting to coach cheerleading at my girls’ school when they were in middle school at the time, (about 5 years ago), sparked my need to get back into shape just so I can demonstrate the motions, especially the jumps. I started by walking the dogs about a mile, then walked on the treadmill for a little bit, and eventually began MMA/Cardio classes. I counted macros by using the “Lose It” app. Eventually I figured I was already basically on some type of “diet” & workouts, that I was finally ready to take the plunge into bodybuilding. Little did I know that I actually wasn’t close to eating enough & that with proper nutrition, along with a specific workout schedule of weights & cardio that I could actually transform my body, instead of counting/balancing calories.
Having the right guidance & knowledge is so beneficial for any type of body transformation, whether it’s for weight loss, maintenance, or even competing. I am fortunate to have had the guidance of @teamnjff
, who has vast knowledge of nutrition (as he is a Registered Dietitian), as well as has had years of experience in coaching competitive sports and has been involved in the fitness industry to not only shape my physique (into the recent photo on the Right), but also enable me to maintain a healthy way of fueling my body that I have been able to maintain since having started competing 3.5 years ago.
