So this is my second last weekend before the end of my bmq course and onto my next course on bmq land. Its been tough balancing both my full time civvy job and beginning a military career but i've got to say being a part of something bigger and working hard to better myself makes it all worth it. #military#blog#blogger#selfimprovement
This past week I recieved a Bronze Star medal on behalf of my grandpa who is deceased. He served in The US Army during WWII. He was in the European Theatre of Operation. The citation reads, "Technician Fourth Grade Clair C Bennett 39121776, Company F, 90th Cavalry Reconnaissance Squadron (mechanized), United States Army, for heroic achievement in connection with military operations against an enemy of the United States at Crailshein, Germany on 10 April 1945. Under intense enemy fire, Technician Fourth Grade Bennett, Tank driver, repaired his damaged vehicle and succeeded in removing it to a defiladed position. His exemplary conduct reflects great credit upon himself and the military forces of the United States. Entered the military service from Virginia, Idaho." His Army Identification number was one number off so it was never attributed to him. It literally took an act of congress. But I am thankful for him and all of the US Vets!
In my element 🔥💪🏼 Sitting about 7 & 10 weeks out 👙. It’s so easy to get caught up in numbers on the scale, but I promise you that your body composition will change and sometimes the scale won’t even budge. When you’re trying to cut this can be sooooo discouraging, but all my clothes are fitting different and that’s how I’m judging my prep right now. I have one more busy week & then THE ARNOLDS😍🤪 I’ll get to meet and see a few of my faves *cough cough* @desb___ SOOOO STOKED. Always remember that you guys are amazing and you are capable of anything your heart desires. Also I’m jumping out of some planes next week ✈️ Wish me luck ☘️ TAKE RISKS.
Quote 2/2 “My family came back after the graduation and my son wasn’t starting kindergarten until the fall. I was outpatient at the time so I asked my wife to let him stay with me. It was great having him there because I’d leave him with my buddies while I was at an appointment and I’d pick him up and he loved wrestling with those guys and just hanging out. I remember calling home to my wife one time and my son said, “Dad’s buddy put me in a suitcase.” I got on the phone and she says, “Why the hell did you let you friends put our son in a suitcase?” I had to tell her it was a wrestling move (laughs). My son and I learned our ABC’s together because I was learning to write again and he was learning going into kindergarten. It was a special moment for me. It was just so nice to be with my son. It was also nice to be able to talk to the other wounded guys who’d gone further along in their recovery. The community was amazing down there at BAMC.”—MSG Leroy Petry (Army Special Operations , MOH Recipient, OIF, OEF Veteran)

After 9/11 the world took actions to make the airports and skies safer. They created the TSA. They increased airport police presence. They created The Federal Flight Deck Program, allowing pilots to arm their cockpits. They put armed air marshals on flights. They trained the cabin crews in self defense. They heightened airport security in countless ways. Now if the left believes that the lives of school children are so important, then why have schools not become more secure? All some schools have done is install metal detectors. Well school shooters aren't coming in, patiently waiting in your metal detector lines hoping that they don't hear a beep. These detectors do nothing to prevent mass shootings. Why were guns good enough to protect our skies but not our children? Why have they not increased police presence? Why have they not implemented anti-breach locking door systems like in hospitals? They have left our kids, sitting ducks. Why have they left the schools exactly the same, and only continued to go after the NRA boogey man? They don't really want to protect your children. They want your rights. They want your guns! Our children are just their pawns. Why else would the same people who go on your tv saying ("we must protect the kids", or "if this only saves one kids life then it's worth it"), are the same people pushing for the right to kill unborn children? 🤔 Think about it all. #americanguerrilla#guerrillawarfare#prepper#militia#military#prepping#doomsday#guns#ammo#tactical#war#survivalist#survival#presidenttrump#foodstorage#bugoutbag#doomsdayprepper#prep#bushcraft#homesteading#bugout#msm#survivalskills#prepper#homesteading#camping#terrorism#domesticterrorism#tactical#ar15
