I have been practicing intermittent fasting for a little over a year now and I like the way it treats my body. I find that I have less cravings throughout my day and I can go hard on my morning workouts without fatigue or nausea. I usually eat between the hours of 10am- 6pm or noon- 8pm. I like to sip on this delicious and nutritious tea all day long! This tea contains ginger, cinnamon stick and mint which is a great combination for a healthy digestive system, regulating blood sugar levels, and fighting inflammation. 🇪🇸 He estado practicando ayuno intermitente por más de un año y me gusta el efecto que a tenido en mi cuerpo.
