Thanksgiving lunch at my friend’s house today! We made mashed potatoes and gravy, roasted carrots and sweet potatoes, a roast from Trader Joe’s, and butternut squash “mac and cheese”. All vegan, of course 🌱🍂
I never liked turkey, so today I made buffalo sweet & sour cauliflower wings. Ooohhh man! They were mega delicious. I hope ya'll have had a blessed day! Happy Thanksliving day!😍

I wish I counted how many meals I’ve prepared so far, how many recipes tested or dishes tried... because the number must be huge but food still blows me away. However, my taste is simple just like my recipes. So, often Im sceptic that other people would like it. Sometimes I even dont believe them when they say they do.
This evening I didnt have many choices in the fridge and I managed to make noodles that I will crave for days to come and probably make them a few days in a row. It’s only spinach and zucchini with toased hazelnuts and quick brown rice noodles in creamy cashew-tahini sauce. I think only one ingredient makes it a bit special... crunchy toasted hazelnuts take it to the next level. And I have a dinner ready in 10 minutes. How simple is that.
